Haleon in Italy is seeking an Expert Multichannel Specialist Pharmacy to drive digital and multichannel initiatives targeting the pharmacy audience, aligning with the Expert Pharmacy Team. Reporting to the Expert Pharmacy Manager, you will work with Sales, Medical, Regulatory and agencies.

The role requires a university degree and experience in digital marketing, multi-channel engagement and project management.

Competenze

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, multichannel engagement, or project management.
• Strong project-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement the Expert Pharmacy digital strategy across multichannel channels.
• Coordinate engagement activities to increase participation among pharmacists.
• Support the evolution of the Haleon HealthPartner platform and educational initiatives.
• Manage webinars, e-learning, and other digital initiatives with a clear engagement plan.
• Coordinate materials and samples distribution through the portal.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for optimization.
• Provide operational support for Expert VMS Pharmacy initiatives.
