Haleon in Milano, Italy is seeking an Expert Activation Specialist to drive omnichannel engagement with Healthcare Professionals across Haleon brands, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize activation plans and ROI.

You will collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent execution, performance monitoring, and evolution toward a data‑driven operating model.

Competenze

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret Expert, Marketing and Commercial KPIs.
• Experience in measuring Expert activity, Marketing and Digital KPIs.
• Proven ability to translate data into concrete actions and ROI insights.
• Deep understanding of omnichannel engagement models and cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent reporting and dashboard-building skills (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Leverage a multi- and omnichannel approach across channels, tracking performance KPIs.
• Define and implement the Italian Expert multichannel strategy with the Haleon Health Partner platform.
• Collaborate with the Expert Marketing Manager to ensure effective omnichannel activation.
• Partner with Medical to execute the external KEE strategy and engage key professional bodies.
• Manage end-to-end KEE engagement from opportunity definition to contracting and follow-up.
• Prepare and deliver periodic performance reports on omnichannel activities.
