Haleon is expanding its Expert Activation function in Milan, Italy, to drive multichannel engagement with Healthcare Professionals. The Expert Activation Specialist will design and execute Italian omnichannel strategies, collaborating with Medical, Regulatory, and Marketing to maximize HCP reach and ROI.

You will monitor performance, translate insights into actions, and support data-driven decision-making across channels, partnering with analytics teams to optimize campaigns.

Competenze

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs across Expert, Marketing and Commercial areas.
• Proven experience measuring Expert activity ROI and supporting strategic decisions.
• Ability to translate data into concrete actions for omnichannel engagement.
• Experience orchestrating multiple touchpoints (events, digital media, social, training, etc.).
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools and building performance dashboards.

Mansioni

• Define and implement Italian multichannel strategy with a clear media reach and engagement plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure consistency and execution.
• Prepare periodic performance reports on omnichannel activities and optimize KPIs.
• Translate data into actionable insights to inform digital strategy development.
• Engage with external stakeholders to strengthen Haleon’s reputation and KEE strategy.
• Maintain MMM/Prometheus and MORE as sources of truth for decision-making.
