Marchesini Group in Pianoro, Italy, seeks an Area Manager to develop and manage commercial relationships in the assigned territory, driving sales and margins in line with group strategies.

After an initial training at the headquarters, the Area Manager will cover the territory through customer visits, coordinating with Engineering and Product Managers to deliver technically and commercially sound solutions and ensure timely after‑sales support.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automation Engineering or related technical disciplines.
• Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies and related regulations is highly valued.
• Previous experience in technical sales, project management, or international business development in machinery or industrial equipment sectors.

Mansioni

• Achieve sales objectives by managing and developing pharmaceutical processing and packaging machinery within the assigned area.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through the full sales cycle and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Managers and Product Managers to define technical and commercial solutions.
• Identify new customers and growth opportunities, participate in trade fairs and expand the commercial network.
