Agoda, a Booking Holdings company, is seeking a Performance Marketing professional to drive Meta Search Engine partnerships and optimize hotel bookings through data-driven strategies. You will manage bids, terms, and tech integrations while collaborating with pricing teams to maximize ROI.

You will work with a global team, use SQL/Tableau/Excel for analytics, and engage external executives to grow advertiser relationships and revenue. Relocation support is provided for Bangkok-based deployment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economics & Finance.
• Experience in business development or account management in online marketing.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with a 'Get it done' attitude.
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in BI tools and data warehouses (SQL, Tableau, Excel).
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience presenting to external senior-level executives.
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills to derive insights.

Mansioni

• Own and manage marketing spend with large Meta Search Engine partners.
• Independently manage your accounts.
• Manage commercial terms, bidding, pricing, and technical implementation with MSE partners.
• Coordinate with Bidding and Pricing teams to deliver ROI and revenue growth.
• Track performance/KPIs and deliver data-driven insights.
• Communicate results and ideas to stakeholders clearly.
• Ensure Agoda APIs and related tech are implemented by advertisers.
• Understand the booking funnel and conversion drivers between advertiser and Agoda.
• Build long-term relationships with advertisers for ongoing growth.
