Job summary

Air Apps, a family-founded AI-driven company, seeks an Operations Coordinator for our Lisbon office. You will coordinate day-to-day tasks, track initiatives, and keep multiple workstreams moving with Jira and attention to detail. Reporting to the CEO, you will collaborate in person with cross-functional teams and help maintain dashboards and documentation.

2–4 years in operations, strong communication, organizational skills, and a team-first mindset are essential. Relocation support offered.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support.
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira, including dashboards, automations, custom fields, filters and reporting.
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational tasks across teams.
• Support project execution by updating and managing task tracking systems (Jira) with precision.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, closures and status updates.
• Organize and maintain documentation, dashboards and workflows.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Flag blockers early and communicate proactively to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve coordination.
