Lexroom is seeking a People & Legal Ops Specialist to join our Business Operations team. This hands-on role will serve as the operational reference for People and Legal across international markets, owning CRM implementations and data workflows.

You will configure CRM, build dashboards, ensure data accuracy across countries, and translate needs into working processes. This position rewards ownership, autonomy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Interest in AI tool and CRM implementation.
• 0–2 years of experience in Operations/CRM roles.
• CRM logic configuration and optimization experience.
• Strong understanding of the funnel and people literacy.
• Data extraction, cleaning, and reporting with Excel/Sheets.
• Autonomy and ownership with proactive issue resolution.
• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Finance, or quantitative field.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Italian.

Aufgaben

• CRM Building & Optimization: configure, clean, and map processes; build workflows and pipelines.
• Data Architecture & Reporting: own dashboards; ensure cross-country data accuracy.
• Stakeholder Alignment: translate needs from People and Legal leads into workflows.
• Future Scalability: architect data infrastructure and integrate external tools.
• Navigate the Ambiguity: spot and fix data/process issues independently.
