Lexroom is seeking a Finance Ops Specialist to join our centralized Business Operations team. You’ll be the operational reference point for Finance across international markets, building scalable financial workflows and data pipelines.

In this purely operational role, you’ll configure CRM via Light, develop dashboards, and ensure data accuracy while collaborating with cross-country teams. Hybrid work from Milan with ownership at the core.

Qualifikationen

• Genuine interest in AI tools and CRM implementation.
• 1–3 years of experience in Finance Operations or CRM roles in tech/SaaS.
• CRM expertise: actively configured and optimized CRM logic (workflows, properties, lead rules).
• Finance/Legal literacy: strong understanding of funnel metrics.
• Data precision: methodical data extraction, cleaning, and reporting in Excel/Sheets.
• Ownership & autonomy: proactive, self-driven problem solver.
• Academic background: degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Finance, or quantitative field preferred.
• Language: full professional proficiency in English and Italian.

• Configure, clean, and map processes in Light CRM; build complex workflows and pipelines.
• Data Architecture & Reporting: create dashboards and ensure cross-country data accuracy.
• Stakeholder Alignment: translate Finance team requirements into technical data flows.
• Future Scalability: evolve data infra and integrate new tools for Lexroom.
• Navigate the Ambiguity: identify and fix data issues in a fast-paced scale-up.
