Getinge in Milan (Cinisello Balsamo) is seeking a People Experience Specialist to support employees and managers across the lifecycle. You will coordinate HR administration, payroll, recruitment and Health & Safety in an international MedTech environment.

You will report to the People & Culture Manager, collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensure compliance with Italian employment rules, and contribute to global People & Culture projects.

Competenze

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Manage HR administration and employee lifecycle activities (onboarding to offboarding).
• Coordinate monthly payroll with external provider and Finance team.
• Act as HR point of contact for administrative questions, benefits, leave and HR processes.
• Contribute to local and global People & Culture projects (engagement, training, DEIB).
• Manage recruitment for interns and roles with Talent Acquisition collaboration.
• Support Health & Safety activities and documentation.

PEOPLE EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST (H/F)

Permanent contract – Milan (Cinisello Balsamo)
Hybrid working – up to 3 days/week remote

As part of our People & Culture team in Italy, we are looking for a People Experience Specialist to support our employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

Reporting directly to the People & Culture Manager, you will take on a broad and hands-on HR role combining HR administration, payroll coordination, recruitment, Health & Safety and employee experience.

Your responsibilities

As a key point of contact for our employees, you will:

• Manage HR administration and employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding to offboarding, including contracts, amendments, benefits and employee records,
• Coordinate the monthly payroll process with our external payroll provider and Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll data,
• Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees regarding administrative questions, benefits, leave and HR processes,
• Contribute to local and global People & Culture projects, including employee engagement, training, digitalization, DEIB and change initiatives.
• Manage recruitment processes for interns and selected positions, from sourcing and screening to interviews and preboarding, in collaboration with managers and Talent Acquisition,
• Support the People & Culture Manager in Health & Safety activities, coordinating occupational health, mandatory training, documentation and H&S providers,
• Support our Gender Equality Certification, including KPI monitoring, documentation and audit preparation,
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure compliance with Italian employment legislation, collective agreements and Getinge policies.

Who are you?

You have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, combined with at least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within an international or structured organization.

You enjoy working across different HR topics and are comfortable combining hands‑on operational activities with broader People & Culture initiatives.

You also bring:

• Good knowledge of HR administration, payroll processes and the employee lifecycle,
• Fluency in Italian and English, allowing you to work confidently in an international environment,
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills,
• A proactive, collaborative and service-oriented mindset,
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information with discretion.

Experience with Zucchetti and/or SuccessFactors, as well as exposure to Health & Safety activities, would be an advantage.

What do we offer?

• Gross annual salary between €30,000 and €43,000, depending on experience and demonstrated competencies,
