Job summary

Moncler Group is seeking a People Digital Communications & Engagement Intern at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. The role offers a 6-month full-time internship starting from November with an €800 monthly stipend and meal vouchers.

You will support employee engagement content creation, design digital materials, assist with internal communications calendars, and coordinate engagement channels in a fast-paced fashion group environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Proficient with design tools (Canva, InDesign, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop).
• Creative and digital communication background.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Overview

FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS | FROM NOVEMBER

We are looking for an engaged and passionate People Digital Communications & Engagement Intern to join our People & Organization team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

• Supporting the creation of content to communicate employee engagement programs, from a storytelling perspective;
• Contributing to the design and creation of digital and visual contents (newsletters, advertising materials, etc.);
• Assisting the team in managing and scheduling communications according to the internal calendar and support in deploying engagement and people care activities;
• Coordination of internal engagement and communication channels.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian;
• Good use of Design Tools (Canva,InDesign, Adobe Premier, Photoshop) and a strong interest in digital areas;
• Creative and digital communication background;
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a passion for writing and storytelling;
• Creative and innovative approach, with the ability to translate ideas and concepts into engaging visual formats;
• Proactive, problem-solving, proven team worker and collaborative work relationship, organizational and timing skills.
