Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking a People & Culture Experienced Professional - Learning Design to support delivery and development of learning experiences that help employees build professional and interpersonal skills. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract.

You will facilitate virtual and classroom training, coordinate learning programs, create materials, and work with SMEs. Travel up to 40% internationally; Bachelor's degree or equivalent and strong MS Office skills are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Education, Psychology, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, HR, training, education, or related areas.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and facilitating discussions.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Interest in learning, people development, and facilitation.
• Fluent English; travel up to 40% may be international.

Mansioni

• Facilitate virtual and classroom-based training sessions.
• Support coordination and logistics of learning programs and events.
• Create and update presentations, learner materials, facilitator guides, and job aids.
• Support development of learning content and activities.
• Work with subject matter experts to gather information and create learning materials.
• Monitor learner participation and collect feedback.
• Support program communications and learner engagement activities.
• Maintain learning documentation and resources.
• Assist with reporting and administrative activities related to learning programs.
• Contribute ideas to improve the learner experience.
