Baker Hughes seeks a People & Culture Experienced Professional - Learning Design to support global learning programs and design engaging learning content. You will coordinate activities, facilitate trainings, and develop materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.

This 12-month maternity cover role requires strong communication skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Teams, with up to 40% international travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Education, Psychology, Communication, Business or related field.
• Emerging experience in Learning & Development, HR, training or education.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and facilitating discussions.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Interest in learning, people development and facilitation.
• Positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Facilitate virtual and classroom-based training sessions.
• Support coordination and logistics of learning programs and events.
• Create and update presentations, learner materials, facilitator guides and job aids.
• Support development of learning content and activities.
• Work with subject matter experts to gather information and create learning materials.
• Monitor learner participation and collect feedback.
• Support program communications and learner engagement activities.
• Maintain learning documentation and resources.
• Assist with reporting and administrative activities related to learning programs.
• Contribute ideas to improve the learner experience.
