Job summary

Flutter SEA is seeking an experienced HR Leader to partner with the General Manager and drive people priorities in the Albanian context. You will translate group strategy into local action, manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, L&D, performance, compensation, labor relations, and partnerships.

You will also oversee General Services and HSE, ensuring a safe, productive workplace, and lead the Communications team to align internal and external messaging with our vision.

• Several years of experience in international, structured environments.
• Hands-on experience in startup settings.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong ethical approach and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead local HR and General Services as a leadership team member.
• Translate group people strategy into Albanian reality with Corporate HR Centers in Italy.
• Own full HR cycle: planning, budgeting, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning, performance, compensation, disciplinaries, labor relations, and external partnerships.
• Oversee General Services and HSE to ensure a safe, modern workplace.
• Lead and coordinate the Communications team to reflect the company direction.
