Marchesini Group seeks an HR payroll specialist to manage the full payroll cycle in Pianoro, Italy. You will ensure accurate salary processing, handle attendance, vacations, and statutory obligations, and maintain compliance with INPS, INAIL, and tax authorities.

The role requires 2-3 years of relevant experience, a degree in Economics or Law, and strong knowledge of labor regulations and CCNL. Proficiency with Zucchetti and timely HR documentation support is essential.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Economics, Law, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in payroll or similar roles.
• Excellent knowledge of labor regulations and CCNLs.
• Proficiency with payroll software (Zucchetti).
• Knowledge of key tax and social security obligations.

Mansioni

• Monthly payroll processing and related social security and tax obligations.
• Management of attendance, vacations, leave, sick days and other payroll events.
• Communicate deadlines to authorities (INPS, INAIL, Agenzia delle Entrate).
• Stay updated on labor and social security regulations.
• Collaborate with HR on contracts, hiring, terminations, and changes.
• Produce reports for management control and HR direction.
