Arsenale Group seeks an HR Administration & Payroll Specialist in Rome, Italy. You will manage personnel administration and payroll activities for the Group, ensuring compliance and providing employee support.

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3 years of HR experience, and advanced skills in Excel and TeamSystem. The position offers a gross annual salary ranging from €30,000 to €35,000, along with supplementary health insurance.

Mansioni

• Prepare and submit employment notifications to the Ministry of Labour.
• Administer payroll for current-month and deferred payroll cycles.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and manage data analysis.
