Job summary

The European Investment Bank (EIB) seeks an Associate HR Systems Officer - Payroll & Absence Management for its HR Systems Unit (HRSYS) at the Luxembourg headquarters. The role focuses on Payroll and Absence Management within PeopleSoft HCM, with opportunities to transition to Oracle Cloud HCM.

Regular office presence is required, with relocation support offered. This full-time temporary position (grade 4) lasts until 15 December 2028.

Qualifications

• University degree (minimum equivalent to a Bachelor).
• At least 3 years relevant professional experience with HRIS.
• Solid knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM or PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience in Payroll or Absence Management modules is an advantage.
• Good data analysis skills and SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document requirements for Oracle Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft HCM modules.
• Translate business needs into configurations and specs.
• Develop and execute test plans for implementations and maintenance.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with HR stakeholders.
• Support and maintain PeopleSoft HCM and transition to Oracle Cloud HCM.
