Job summary

Alira Health seeks a Patient Engagement & Advocacy Engagement Manager to lead multi-project execution and client engagements, driving patient-centric strategies across the product lifecycle. You will guide teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and shape proposals in collaboration with Partners and Managing Partners.

The role emphasizes ethical and compliant patient engagement, business development support, and thought leadership within life sciences consulting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in management consulting, private equity, life sciences companies or HTA agencies.
• Hands-on experience designing and running patient engagement initiatives (e.g., advisory boards, patient research, advocacy partnerships).
• Graduate degree with an excellent track record in Life Sciences, Business, Economics or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution teams and deliver projects with minimal guidance.
• Guide teams in prioritizing client issues and turning them into actionable solutions.
• Support and lead client interactions, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Design and lead patient engagement activities across the product lifecycle.
• Translate patient insights into actionable recommendations for trial design and HTA submissions.
