Arnolfo, a two-Michelin-star restaurant in Colle di Val d'Elsa, Tuscany, seeks a Pastry Commis Chef to join the pastry team. You will assist in desserts, breakfast items, petits fours and leavened products, working closely with the Pastry Chef to uphold the kitchen's high standards.

Experience is welcome, but attitude and a genuine passion for pastry matter most. The role offers accommodation in staff housing and 3 consecutive days off per week, within a sustainable, balanced hospitality culture.

Competenze

• Experience is welcome but attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
• Support daily pastry preparation including desserts, petits fours and leavened products.
• Work closely with Pastry Chef and pastry team to maintain quality and consistency.

Mansioni

• Assist in daily pastry production for desserts and breakfast.
• Prepare petits fours and various leavened pastries under supervision.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure high standards and timely service.
