• Prepare traditional desserts for the dessert buffet weekly and craft modern cakes and portions.
• Maintain storage and cold storage rooms per hygiene and best-before dates.
• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness in the workplace.
• Organise work efficiently and divide tasks effectively.
• Handle equipment and goods with sustainable practices.
