Mountain Sky Hotel Tratterhof in Meransen is seeking an experienced cook to independently organize and manage the bistrot kitchen. You will prepare and finish all dishes on the bistrot menu, perform mise-en-place for daily service, and ensure top quality in taste, presentation and preparation.
