Experimental Roma is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to lead the pastry team and ensure exceptional dessert quality across the venue. You will drive development, tastings, and menu updates in collaboration with Head Chef, while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and presentation.

You are a motivated leader with a pastry arts background, capable of cost control, data analysis, and productivity optimization.

Qualifications

• Graduated in pastry arts.
• Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury establishment.
• Able to inspire and unite a team.
• Strong skills in cost control, data analysis and productivity optimization.
• Autonomous, adaptable, highly organized with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support R&D by developing and testing new desserts and updating menus.
• Ensure dessert quality meets standards and supplier coordination.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and workplace safety.
• Lead and train the pastry team; participate in briefs and meetings.
• Deliver excellent service and maintain professional kitchen attire and equipment care.
