Experimental Roma is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team in Rome. You will work on high-end pastry production, ensuring desserts meet the menu and special orders with precise technique.

The role requires strong pastry skills, impeccable hygiene and the ability to follow detailed sheets, with availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge and mastery of pastry techniques, products and equipment.
• Well-organized, efficient and passionate about gastronomy.
• Meticulous in following procedures and technical sheets with solid hygiene knowledge.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary ingredients and bases.
• Execute recipes following technical sheets.
• Prepare desserts according to the menu and special orders.
• Check preparations (tasting, analysis and adjustments).
• Store ingredients following prescribed methods.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Pastry Chef de Partie (M/F), your responsibilities will include:
