The World Food Programme (WFP) is seeking a Partnerships Consultant for the Rome-based Country Office Support Hub. The role focuses on strengthening partnerships, resourcing and donor engagement across COs.

The successful candidate will report to the CO Support Team Lead and collaborate with donor account managers globally. Qualified applicants will have a master’s degree and 5–8 years in development or humanitarian work, with strong writing, analytical and presentation skills.

Competenze

• Master’s degree or equivalent in international development or related field.
• 5–8 years in development, consultancy, research or humanitarian response; experience with WFP is an asset.
• English at a high level; proficiency in another WFP working language is required.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic advice to Country Offices on Country Strategic Plans and Partnering & Resourcing Strategies.
• Draft proposals, donor-specific value propositions, reports and advocacy products.
• Conduct donor mapping and develop tailored donor engagement plans.
• Support fundraising and partnership management across COs.
