Job summary

Buddyfit is seeking a Partnership Specialist Intern to join the Partnerships team and provide commercial support to the Partnership Manager. You will help build and manage the Media Sales partnership pipeline, collaborating with brands and media agencies to create value for partners and the Buddyfit community.

The role offers an on-the-job learning path, with increasing responsibilities and the potential to be hired after a 6-month internship, based on performance.

Qualifications

• Native Italian speaker with fluent English.
• Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication or related fields.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in sales, business development or similar roles.
• A commercial mindset: you enjoy talking to people and are curious about how a partnership comes to life.
• Knowledge of social media and digital is a plus, but not required.
• An organized, accurate and proactive approach with multiple contacts and tasks.
• Passion for fitness and wellness.
• Curiosity about AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Partnership Manager in building and managing the Media Sales partnership pipeline.
• Carry out research and prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone and social media to identify potential brands and agencies.
• Support the team through different stages of the sales cycle, from first contact to preparing the commercial proposal.
• Accurately track activities, leads and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with partnership and marketing teams to align commercial activities with campaigns.
