Job summary

Fater is seeking an intern to join its Trade Marketing team for a hands-on internship. You will support category management, analyze market trends and collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Logistics in a fast-paced FMCG setting.

You will prepare materials for customers and the salesforce, contribute to commercial plan execution, and gain valuable exposure to end-to-end processes. Start date January 2027, with hybrid work and a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Trade Marketing or related fields.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent English and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of a product category, carrying out market analysis and monitoring sales data to understand trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Logistics and cross-functional teams to gain exposure to end-to-end business processes.
• Contribute to the preparation of materials and presentations for customers and the salesforce.
• Participate in the implementation of commercial plans and identify opportunities to improve initiatives.
