Job summary

Buddyfit Srl is offering a Partnership Specialist Intern position within the Partnership team. You will support the Partnership Manager to build and manage the Media Sales partnership pipeline by identifying leads across various industries and conducting outreach via email, LinkedIn, and social media.

Qualifications

• Must be a native Italian speaker with fluent English.
• Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication or related fields.
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development or similar roles (can be first experience).
• Commercial mindset: enjoy talking to people and learning how partnerships come to life.

Responsibilities

• Support the Partnership Manager in building and managing the Media Sales partnership pipeline, identifying new leads and opportunities.
• Conduct research and prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone and social media to identify potential brand partners and agencies.
• Support the team through all stages of the sales cycle, from first contact to preparing the commercial proposal.
• Accurately track activities, leads and pipeline status, sharing updates with the team.
• Collaborate with partnership and marketing teams to align commercial activities with campaigns and priorities.
