Klarna is building an everyday finance network and we are expanding our partner integrations team. You’ll turn scoping conversations and API documentation into live, reliable integrations across multiple partners while troubleshooting issues in real time.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market to define scope, set priorities, and ensure implementations meet Klarna’s quality bar. Strong API or payments platform experience and comfort with AI tools are essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years of technical program or delivery management experience in payments/fintech or a related field.
• Experience running multi-stakeholder projects with a structured, analytical approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot integrations, APIs and system architectures.

Mansioni

• Run multiple concurrent partner implementations from scoping through go-live.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and guide partners through APIs and payment processing.
• Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and push for their adoption across the team.
• Define integration scope with Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market and set delivery priorities.
• Maintain Klarna’s quality bar for implementations and provide concrete feedback to improve products and frameworks.
• Translate learnings about partner systems and the payments ecosystem into actionable improvements for Klarna.
