Klarna is seeking a technical delivery professional in Milan to drive multi-partner integrations from scoping to go-live. You will troubleshoot real-time API issues, coordinate with product, engineering, and GTM teams, and ensure delivery quality. You will champion AI tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining Klarna's standards.

Fluency in Italian is expected. The role requires deep knowledge of payments ecosystems, e-commerce platforms, and API-driven integration, with a hands-on approach

That's you. You'll work hands-on across the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping and solution alignment through go-live and beyond, running multiple concurrent partner implementations at once. You'll be the person partners call when something breaks — troubleshooting technical issues in real time, and guiding them through APIs, payment processing, and the operational dependencies that come with both. You'll use AI tools to move faster through that work, not just to say you use them.You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to define integration scope, set delivery priorities, and make sure what ships meets Klarna's quality bar.
