Golden Goose Group is seeking a passionate Sneaker Maker to co-create personalized GG products with clients in Milan, offering a unique and memorable in-store experience.

The role emphasizes empathetic client engagement, storytelling, and hands-on drawing techniques, with a focus on sales support and post-sale loyalty activities. Fluency in Italian and English is required, and a design background is welcomed.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages a plus.
• Sales experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Artistic hand-drawing abilities and basic sewing skills.
• Empathetic communicator with strong teamwork.

Mansioni

• Co-create personalized GG products with clients using drawing techniques.
• Guide clients through a co-creation experience aligned with the brand storytelling.
• Support sales with cross-selling and upselling; assist pre- and post-sale tasks.
• Register customers on the Golden App for segmentation and profiling.
• Maintain the co-creation area according to visual merchandising standards.
• Assist store operations including opening/closing, inventory, GDPR and safety compliance.
• Utilize Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, and Stealth to enhance engagement.
