Diesel in Milano is seeking a Part Time Client Advisor to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and build lasting client relationships. You will guide customers with fashion expertise, storytelling, and personalized service on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes a client-first approach, strong communication, and collaboration with department teams to achieve targets. A dynamic, inclusive environment with an attractive discount program is offered.

• Previous experience in sales roles.
• Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus.
• Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset.

Part Time Client Advisor

For our corner in Rinascente Milano, we are looking for a new Part Time Client Advisor.

You

Key Responsibilities

• Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients.
• Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.
• Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
• Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
• Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
• Prove Brand and product knowledge.
• Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with.
• Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
• Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
• Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.
• Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
• Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in sales roles.
• Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus.
• Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
• We are looking for candidates with strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Focus on Customer and Execution.

Compensation & Level

• CCNL Commercio, Level 5° - 4°
• Salary range (gross annual): €23.371,18 - €26.000
• Variable incentive plan: from 0.6% to 1.8% of individuals sales

The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility. We are open to candidates with different levels of seniority.
