Sonder is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Hospitality Agent to be the face of the brand, greeting guests and guiding them through a tech-enabled experience using the Sonder app. You will engage with guests, address needs, and ensure a seamless stay across properties in the local market.

The role requires strong hospitality experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A smartphone and reliable transportation are assumed.

Competenze

• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or customer-facing hospitality roles.
• Personable and service-minded with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive service.
• Comfort with using multiple desktop and mobile apps.
• Able to stay standing for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Be the face of Sonder, greeting guests and guiding them through the check-in process.
• Guide guests through the Sonder experience and app features.
• Communicate with guests in person and digitally to anticipate needs.
• Own guest issues to resolution with professional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house areas.
• Support back-of-house tasks including housekeeping audits and inventory.
• Assist multiple properties across the local market as needed.
• Support market leadership with administrative tasks and process improvements.
