Prada Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Outlet channel to act as the Store Manager’s deputy. You will lead the team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced luxury Outlet environment.

You will analyze performance, coach staff, manage stock, and collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize commercial results while upholding brand standards and omnichannel initiatives.

Competenze

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive store performance.
• Experience in monitoring retail KPIs and translating results into actions.
• Leadership and coaching orientation for the team.
• Experience in high-volume luxury retail environments.
• Knowledge of stock management and inventory processes.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
