Atlas Copco Group's Varisco Product Company in Padova, Italy, is seeking a Logistics Team Leader to guide outbound logistics, drive safety, quality and customer satisfaction, and align operations with the global group.

You will lead the outbound team, optimize planning, carrier management, and digitalize processes, with a hybrid work setup, a company car, and a fourteenth salary, plus profit sharing.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing and logistics roles.
• Experience in outbound shipment, carrier sourcing and tendering.
• People management experience 3+ years.
• ERP systems proficiency; SAP advantageous.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Lead, guide and develop outbound Team to meet goals with Manufacturing Manager.
• Oversee outbound logistics operations, focusing on quality, safety and on-time delivery.
• Manage order follow-up, shipment planning, packing, documentation and delivery execution.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans for the team.
• Drive digitalization and automation of logistics information and docs with internal teams.
• Support integration of additional Customer Centers into the EDI connection.
• Act as distribution center liaison for Varisco and spare-parts flow.
• Develop, negotiate and manage transport contracts and rate agreements.
