The role emphasizes end-to-end process design, data architecture alignment, and implementing AI-enabled solutions to accelerate drug development while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, process excellence, or continuous improvement roles within life sciences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical R&D processes (clinical, regulatory, or related areas).
• Experience with digital platforms supporting R&D and ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end redesign of R&D processes aligned with digital strategy.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for IT.
• Design digital solutions ensuring data-process alignment (e.g., Veeva Vault).
• Support enterprise transformation programs across domains.
• Define performance frameworks to measure impact of transformations.
