Givaudan is seeking a Global OT Stream Lead to drive the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of OT systems across the organization. You will align with global objectives, support digital transformation, and ensure secure, reliable OT environments.

You will lead a global team and collaborate with IT/OT across multiple sites worldwide. You will report to the Head of CoE and work across diverse locations including Caronno Pertusella (Italy) and other European sites, shaping the OT roadmap and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree / MSc in Computer Science, Automation, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• 10+ years of experience in Operational Technology or related industrial fields.
• Proven track record leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience in multinational organizations with cross-cultural teams.
• Strong knowledge of OT systems (SCADA, MES, PLCs, DCS, HMI).
• Understanding of IT/OT convergence and cybersecurity in OT environments.
• Experience with cloud, IoT, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.

Mansioni

• Lead a global team of Regional OT Managers and support local OT Champions.
• Develop and implement a global OT strategy with standardization and security.
• Oversee OT infrastructure, systems, and applications (SCADA, MES, PLCs, DCS, HMI).
• Co-own IT/OT initiatives, drive cybersecurity by design, and support programs.
• Develop OT vision and translate it into programs and projects.
• Establish global OT standards, policies, and best practices across regions.
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance for standardized OT systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to align OT initiatives with enterprise goals.
• Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies and integrating them into the OT roadmap.
• Mentor teams and transfer best practices across sites.
• Support project phases from design to startup for site upgrades or new factories.
