Job summary

WWS CAREERS is seeking a clinical reference point on the ground to support a groundbreaking orthopedic implant that absorbs and regenerates bone. Based in Italy, this hybrid role involves working closely with surgeons in ORs and training distributors across Europe.

You will bring 3+ years as a product/clinical specialist in orthopedics, real OR experience, and comfort in presenting to surgeons. Fluency in English is essential, Italian residency in Italy preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a product/clinical specialist in orthopedics.
• Real OR experience and comfort in front of surgeons.
• Experience working with distributors.
• A scientific or technical background.
• Fluent English. Italian, based in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Train surgeons and distributors across Europe with hands-on guidance in the OR.
• Support the device and provide clinical insight to shape positioning and teaching.
• Serve as a clinical reference point on the ground and communicate with product teams.
