LINK is seeking an Administrator Order Processing/Purchasing in Magenta, Italy to manage purchase orders, logistics coordination, and invoice verification for multiple divisions. The role requires accuracy and the ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.

You will prepare freight documents, liaise with logistics partners and customs authorities, and monitor deliveries and invoicing. Proficiency in Excel and ERP, plus independence and teamwork, are essential.

• Experience with materials/merchandise management systems.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong English language skills.
