Dematic in Lombardia, Italy, is seeking an Order Manager to collect, process and report customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, sales, and customer service to monitor stock, release orders, and support KPI reporting such as On Time Delivery and order changes.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience in order fulfillment or related roles.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Collect, process and report customer orders input, verifying accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate info records of order transactions and customer interactions.
• Analyze production order data to identify trends and address constraints and actions for resolution/improvement (e.g., availability or delays).
• Provide cross-functional support to manufacturing and logistics teams to check stock, release orders, and ensure timely picking, packing and shipping.
• Collect MFG performance data for KPI reporting (On Time Delivery, Quality, Order Changes).
• Collaborate with Project Management, Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to improve order processes.

Tasks

• Collect, process and report customer orders input, verifying accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate info records of order transactions and consequent customer interactions.
• Analyze Production order data to identify trends, patterns, and put in evidence constrains and address actions for resolution / improvement like product availability or delivery delays.
• Cross Functional support to manufacturing and logistics teams in check stock availability, Order release ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• MFG performance data collection for periodical Key Performance Indicators reporting (On Time Delivery, Quality, Orders Changes, Volumes, ...).
• Collaborate with other stakeholders (Project management, Sales, Customer Service and Supply chain teams) to improve order process.

Requirements

• Good ability to interact with different professional levels.
• Ability to work in a group, make proactive suggestions in support of the daily business as well as further improvement initiatives.
• Problem solving approach.
• Two/Theee years of experience in professional rule specializes in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of Customer orders in operational contest.
• SAP Sales Order reports and Order confirmation, like also relative Material Master data setting.
• Italian and English language are mandatory.
• High School or University degree(s) required
