Dab Pumps Spa invites motivated students or graduates to join its Order Fulfilment team in Italy for a hands-on internship. You will support sales orders, deliveries, and ERP implementation across functions in a multinational environment.

Fluency in English and German is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills. This internship offers exposure to international logistics and ERP projects, with monthly gross reimbursement and comprehensive training.

Order Fulfilment Intern

Join our Order Fulfilment Team and gain hands-on experience in managing sales orders and shipments for our German colleagues.

As an intern, you will support daily Order Fulfilment activities while contributing to a key company project: the implementation of a new ERP system. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a strategic business transformation and collaborate with different departments across the organization.

What you will do:

• Support the management of customer sales orders and their deliveries;
• Process sales orders and maintain delivery dates in the ERP system;
• Analyse open orders and coordinate with Production Planning to ensure product availability;
• Monitor stock availability and support goods allocation to customers and distribution centres;

Who You Are:

• Student or recent graduate in Economics, Statistics, Humanities, or related fields;
• Fluent in English;
• Knowledge of German (both written and spoken) is mandatory;
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn;
• Team player with good communication skills.
