INVERTO GmbH is looking for a motivated university student or recent graduate for an executive assistant role in Italy. You will provide support to Managing Directors with travel arrangements, calendar management, and day-to-day operations.

This position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, contributing to local event organization and office management. Applicants should be proficient in Italian and English.

Competenze

• You are a university student or recent graduate in the fields of Humanities, Languages, communication, international cooperation.
• A first experience working in a corporate context is desirable but not mandatory.
• You feel comfortable in an international work environment.

Mansioni

• Support with travel arrangements, calendar management, and appointment scheduling.
• Admin support for day-to-day operations and CRM management.
• Participate in local event organization and provide administrative support.

HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Executive assistance. You will be supporting with travel arrangements, calendar management and appointment scheduling. Alongside your supervisor, you will provide general support to Managing Directors in Italy.

Operations support. You will be tasked, always under managerial guidance, with admin support for day-to-day operations of business, CRM management and Health & Safety support.

Office management. You will take part in local event organization, working closely with our event team based in Germany. In addition to that, you will also provide local administrative support to the Office head.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

You are anUniversity student(either Bsc or Msc)or recent graduatein the fields of Humanities, Languages, communication, international cooperation.

A first experience working in a corporate context is desirable but not mandatory.

Your attention to detail and precise communication round up the profile.

You have a self-assured appearance, feel comfortable in an international work environment and are able to communicate confidently in Italian and English.
