Schneider Electric cerca un manutentore meccanico per ruolo operativo e tecnico in ambito metalmeccanico industriale. Sarai responsabile di manutenzioni preventive e tarature, garantendo conformità e tracciabilità, collaborando con Produzione per minimizzare fermi e gestione urgenze.

Presso Schneider Electric, il candidato gestirà attrezzature, strumenti di misura e documentazione, pianificando attività su CMMS e assicurando continuità operativa nel rispetto delle normative.

Competenze

• Diploma tecnico meccanico o equivalente.
• Esperienza concreta in manutenzione industriale, preferibilmente metalmeccanica.
• Conoscenze di metrologia e gestione strumenti di misura.
• Capacità di lettura di manuali e procedure operative.

• Eseguire manutenzioni preventive e correttive su attrezzature e strumenti.

Scopo del ruolo

La risorsa avrà un ruolo operativo e tecnico nella manutenzione e nel mantenimento dell’efficienza di attrezzature, strumenti e dispositivi utilizzati in ambito metalmeccanico industriale. Accanto all’attività pratica in campo, sarà responsabile del monitoraggio e aggiornamento delle attività di manutenzione preventiva e taratura, assicurando conformità normativa, tracciabilità e continuità operativa.

Responsabilità principali – Operative

• Eseguire manutenzioni preventive e correttive su:

• chiavi dinamometriche e utensileria controllata,
• attrezzature produttive e banchi/maschere/staffe,
• strumenti di misura (calibri, micrometri, comparatori, strumenti manuali e relativi accessori).

• Effettuare controlli funzionali, ispezioni visive e verifiche di integrità/sicurezza, identificando anomalie e cause tecniche.
• Eseguire ripristini meccanici, sostituzione componenti usurati, regolazioni, serraggi controllati, piccoli interventi di revisione su attrezzature e utensili.
• Preparare e mettere in sicurezza attrezzature/strumenti per invio a taratura/revisione e verificare il rientro conforme.
• Collaborare con Produzione per ridurre fermi e indisponibilità: interventi rapidi, priorità, gestione urgenze.
• Disponibilità alla reperibilità (secondo turnazione)

Responsabilità principali – Pianificazione e Gestione (CMMS)

• Gestire e mantenere aggiornato in CMMS:

• anagrafiche cespiti/asset,
• piani di manutenzione preventiva e taratura,
• consuntivi intervento e storico guasti,
• scadenze e notifiche.

• Pianificare le attività in modo da garantire disponibilità attrezzature e minimizzare impatti sulla produzione (slot, priorità, ricambi, risorse).
• Gestire la documentazione: report intervento, check-list, certificati di taratura, registri e tracciabilità audit.
• Coordinare quando necessario fornitori esterni (tarature, verifiche, riparazioni specialistiche), assicurando:

• definizione attività e tempi,
• preparazione asset e documenti,
• chiusura tecnica e documentale dell’intervento.

Requisiti (essenziali)

• Diploma tecnico (meccanico/meccatronico/industriale) o esperienza equivalente.
• Esperienza concreta e operativa come manutentore/meccanico d’officina in contesti industriali (preferibilmente metalmeccanico).
• Conoscenze di base di metrologia e gestione strumenti di misura:

• uso corretto, conservazione, identificazione non conformità/urti/usura,
• gestione tarature/verifiche periodiche.

• Capacità di lettura di manuali, schede tecniche, procedure operative.
• Buona manualità, precisione, ordine e attenzione ai dettagli.

Competenze aggiuntive (preferibili)

• Uso abituale di CMMS (già presente in azienda): apertura/chiusura ordini, piani, scadenze, anagrafiche, report.
• Gestione ricambi/consumabili per attrezzature e piccole dotazioni di manutenzione.
• Conoscenza pratica di logiche di pianificazione: priorità, criticità, rischi, impatto su produzione.

Soft skills

• Mentalità “problem solving sul campo”: identificare causa → intervenire → ripristinare → prevenire ricorrenze.
• Affidabilità e senso di responsabilità su scadenze e conformità.
• Buone capacità relazionali con Produzione, Qualità e fornitori.
• Autonomia operativa e capacità di lavorare in team.
