Job summary

Bending Spoons in Milan is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to join our Customer Support team. You’ll work on day-to-day operations and long-term projects, building processes and systems that enable us to deliver excellent support at scale.

As part of the team, you’ll help design AI-powered solutions, work with Product and Engineering to translate support insights into product improvements, and shape the support experience for newly acquired products.

Qualifications

• Ability to reason through complex problems from first principles and detail relevant elements.
• Ambition, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility for work outcomes.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer support operations through a range of projects.
• Build scalable support systems including help centers, chatbots, and AI flows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive product improvements from support insights.
• Shape support for newly acquired products by integrating tools and processes.
• Use data and AI to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
