Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking a proactive Customer Support professional to scale our operations. You will drive improvements across help centers, chatbots, automated flows, and AI-powered solutions, collaborating with Product and Engineering to turn user feedback into product enhancements.

You will use data to measure performance, identify opportunities, and shape the support experience for newly acquired products.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer support operations with projects such as onboarding new external providers and redesigning how support is organized.
• Build and improve scalable support systems: help centers, chatbots, automated flows, AI-powered solutions.
• Work with Product and Engineering to identify recurring issues and drive product improvements.
• Shape the support experience for acquired products by aligning operations, tools and processes.
• Use data and AI to measure performance, uncover opportunities, and quantify impact.
