You will collaborate with TPMs and PMs to track costs, monitor investments, and support international teams using familiar tools like iBuy and SRM. The role emphasizes hybrid working arrangements and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of budget tracking principles.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
• Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate Purchase Requests and monitor PO status.
• Track deliveries and ensure goods reception.
• Assist with cost planning and investment tracking.
• Support TPM/PM with cost and effort tracking.
• Monitor Grants and Funded projects financials.
