Albelissa S.r.l. is seeking a Specialist Buyer (Junior Plus) in Italy to support procurement of machinery and capital goods. You will coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to ensure timely purchases and optimal cost and quality.

The role involves RFQ management, commercial negotiations, and placing Purchase Orders in SAP, with a hybrid work model and a baseline salary range. English proficiency is required.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement/buyer roles within an industrial context.
• Experience supporting procurement for machinery, plants, industrial equipment, or capital goods.
• Experience in supplier negotiations and standard commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, strategic sourcing, and vendor qualification.

• Procurement Planning & Coordination with cross-functional teams.
• RFQ management, clarification handling, and supplier interaction.
• Commercial negotiation and order management including Purchase Orders in SAP.
