Nokia is seeking a Junior Order Fulfilment Planner to manage global demand planning for NI Optics. The role focuses on accuracy, forecasting, and problem solving to support profitability and growth. You will work with CBTs, markets, and global teams to ensure timely, data-driven decisions and optimal supply chain performance.

Requirements include a degree in Business/SCM/Statistics, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and fluency in English. Italian language is a plus.

Competenze

• Degree in Business, SCM, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
• Basic knowledge of forecasting techniques including machine learning.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI to manage big data sets.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading demand review meetings and driving consensus.
• Fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Create global demand plan for NI ON Optics products.
• Monitor CBT order income vs demand plans and propose actions.
• Identify and generate action-based assessments of key trends for SC decisions.
• Maintain close relationships with markets and understand business internally.
• Monitor bottom-up demand plans to mitigate E&O and lead time risks.
• Influence delivery performance through improved Demand Planning Accuracy.
• Host demand planning processes and related reports for SC performance.
• Implement statistical planning in the demand process using forecasting methods.
• Lead projects with risk and complexity and act as a domain expert.
