Linde AMT Italy Srl in Novara, Italy is seeking a Mechatronic Maintenance Technician to perform routine and emergency maintenance on industrial equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and support automated production lines to ensure peak performance.

Applicants should have 5+ years in similar roles, be familiar with PLC programming and CMMS tools like MaintainX, and be able to interpret technical drawings. Shift work and strong safety mindset are required.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within structured industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics; uses diagnostic tools confidently.
• Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation; knowledge of Machinery Directive and PED Directive 2014/68/EU.
• Willing to work shifts; safety-oriented mindset.
• Good English communication; familiar with CMMS like MaintainX; Root Cause Analysis experience.

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• In this role, you will handle routine and emergency maintenance activities on industrial equipment and machinery
• You will oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Moreover, you will support the maintenance automated systems and production lines to ensure optimal performance
• You manage equipment monitoring to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with safety standard
• You carry out predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities
• You prepare and update technical and maintenance documentation
• You will be hired under the metalworking national collective agreement, with a gross annual salary between €29,000 and €33,000, and meal vouchers worth €10 for each working day

What Makes You Great

• You have a technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar), with 5+ years of experience in a similar role within structured industrial/manufacturing environments
• You can interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics accurately, and you use diagnostic and measurement tools confidently
• You have hands‑on experience with PLC programming and industrial automation, and you know the Machinery Directive and PED Directive 2014/68/EU
• Moreover, you are available to work shifts and You possess a strong safety‑oriented mindset
• You embrace continuous improvement and innovation, you collaborate effectively across teams, and you communicate confidently in English
• You are familiar with MaintainX or similar CMMS tools, and you have contributed to Root Cause Analysis activities

Compensation package: Gross annual salary €29.000–€33.000, €10 meal vouchers per working day, employment regulated by the CCNL Metalmeccanico (CNEL C011).
