FedEx is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Italy. You will help maintain equipment to a high standard, raise availability, and support the operation team by performing planned preventive maintenance and rapid fault resolution across MHE and conveyors, following health and safety standards.

You will interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, work with CMMS, and contribute to continuous improvement with proactive feedback and suggestions.

Competenze

• Multi skilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems.
• Experience fault finding within MHE/Automation systems.
• Experience interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Experience of conveyor maintenance, motor controllers/inverters.
• Experience of sortation machines.
• Experience with CMMS.

We are looking for motivated technicians who enjoys working in a team. The job is about maintaining our equipment in a safe way to a high standard. Raising the availability and quality of the equipment to ensure high productivity for our main customer: the operation Team. Focusing on planned preventative maintenance you will engage in mitigation of risks by proactively addressing and resolving issues.

What you will be doing:

React quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected parties and work efficiently to fix the issue; Support continuous improvement by learning from breakdowns and sending feedback and suggestions for improvements; Provide high levels of equipment availability to our internal customers. Put health & safety best practices first in all work carried out ensuring compliance with all health & safety standards and regulations; Carry out planned preventative maintenance on the full range of equipment within the site.

• You will receive annual salary in the range of € 33900 - € 38700 gross per year, based on several factors, including professional experience, technical skills, educational background, soft skills, attitude, and how well the profile aligns with the responsibilities and objectives of the role
