ITJ FedEx Express Italy s.r.l. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of operatives and drivers, drive service levels, and ensure safety and compliance on shift. The role emphasizes motivation, fair treatment, and strong customer focus within a busy freight environment.

You will coordinate complex schedules, communicate goals, and model FedEx’s People-Service-Profit philosophy across daily operations. This position offers career growth with extensive FedEx resources.

Competenze

• Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable.
• Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail.
• Be energetic and enthusiastic.
• Have a strong customer focus.
• Have good communication skills.
• Availability to work early morning / evening shifts.
• Have a good English level (comprehension, written, verbal).
• Ability to coordinate a large team.
• Ability to use and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
