FedEx is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Italy to join a team focused on safe, high-standard equipment maintenance. You will perform planned preventive maintenance, respond quickly to breakdowns, and work to maximize equipment availability for internal customers on site.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with an annual gross salary range and opportunities for training and career development within FedEx.

Focusing on planned preventative maintenance you will engage in mitigation of risks by proactively addressing and resolving issues.

What You Will Be Doing

React quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected parties and work efficiently to fix the issue; Support continuous improvement by learning from breakdowns and sending feedback and suggestions for improvements; Provide high levels of equipment availability to our internal customers. Put health & safety best practices first in all work carried out ensuring compliance with all health & safety standards and regulations; Carry out planned preventative maintenance on the full range of equipment within the site.

What Do You Bring With You
